Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp raw unsoaked sea moss (or ½ cup soaked sea moss)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (cut into cubes)
- 5 Medjool dates (pitted and soaked for at least 30 minutes)
- 1 cup spring water
Instructions:
- Keep in the refrigerator for 2–3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Measure and pour 2 cups of hot spring water into the container with the sea moss. For a smoother gel, bring the water to a boil prior to pouring it into the container with the sea moss.
- Allow the sea moss to rehydrate for 30 minutes before blending it until smooth.
- Blend soaked sea moss with dates, fruit, and water until smooth. About 1–3 minutes.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for 2 hours to allow gel to thicken.
Take 1–2 tbsp daily on its own or mix into smoothies, drinks or tea.
