Ingredients:
- 1/2 ounce dried sea moss
- 4 oz soursop juice
- 1 ½ cups purified water

Rinse and Clean:
- Rinse the sea moss with filtered water to remove any salt or debris
- Measure and pour 2 cups of hot spring water into the container with the sea moss. For a smoother gel, bring the water to a boil prior to pouring it into the container with the sea moss.
- Add 4 oz soursop juice (no seeds) into the cup with sea moss and water
- Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight (12 hrs), allowing the sea moss to rehydrate

Blend:
- Pour the rehydrated sea moss, purified water, and soursop juice into a blender, then blend until smooth.

Store:
- Pour the gel into a clean, airtight container.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, or 2 months frozen.
