Soursop Sea Moss Gel Recipe

Serving Size: Up to 2 tablespoons

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ounce dried sea moss
  • 4 oz soursop juice
  • 1 ½ cups purified water

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and Clean:
    • Rinse the sea moss with filtered water to remove any salt or debris
    • Measure and pour 2 cups of hot spring water into the container with the sea moss. For a smoother gel, bring the water to a boil prior to pouring it into the container with the sea moss.
    • Add 4 oz soursop juice (no seeds) into the cup with sea moss and water
    • Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator overnight (12 hrs), allowing the sea moss to rehydrate
  2. Blend:
    • Pour the rehydrated sea moss, purified water, and soursop juice into a blender, then blend until smooth.
  3. Store:
    • Pour the gel into a clean, airtight container.
    • Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, or 2 months frozen.

Always consult your doctor before consuming sea moss.
